not exactly a pen, is a soft sponge, make my brow natural..

for the eye bags, dark circles and little oil dots!!!
the night after u will feel the eyes surrounded with soft skin.

I try used on my hand before i buy,
it's sharp colour with easy on to the skin,
sexy colour i want.
